1. Ensure all staff knows the sink across from cashier is the designated handwashing station. Use the other sink further down for rinsing.
2. A shelving rack at the back kitchen is installed above handwashing station making it impossible for staff to wash hands properly (head hitting the rack). Remove bottom rack above handwashing station.
