Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handwash station hot water does not work - operator is waiting for plumber to repair faucet.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash station must be provided with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Operator to use handwash station by the cook line until the other faucet is replaced.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Foods in the coolers were uncovered.
2) Scoops were stored inside food containers.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure all foods are covered and protected from potential contamination. Foods were covered with plastic wrap at the time of inspection.
2 Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods. Scoops were removed from the containers at the time of inspection.

Observation: Back handwash station washer needs to be replaced.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace washer and ensure handwash station is able to provide hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Operator has purchased a new faucet and is waiting for a plumber to replace the faucet.

Observation: Spray bottle of bleach sanitizer was unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemical containers are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing or misuse of chemicals. Containers will need to be relabelled if they fade/wear off.

-Prep cooler was at at 3C (top and bottom).
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Upright coolers were both at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Upright freezer was at -15C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C of the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer pail was at 200ppm.
-Cook line handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until April 9, 2023.
