Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect the floor and all other areas where droppings are found. Ensure that the pest control provider places traps in appropriate places. Continue to monitor for evidence of mice activity. ( By June 19, 2022) Violation Score: 9 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: Observed several blankets and linens stored in the mop sink room. This will make it hard to clean the room and can allow for harbouring of mice/pests. Corrective Action(s): Remove all blankets and all other unnecessary items from the mop sink area. Please forward copies of receipts for whole fish stored in a deep freezer located near the back entrance Note: The premises no longer sells deli meats, soups and sandwiches. The scope of operation is limited to serving scoped ice cream and shakes only. Ice cream freezers: < -18 C. Front display cooler below 4 C. Beverage cooler below 4 C. Ice cream scoops are stored in cold running water in a dipper well. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. Chlorine bleach sanitizer in the bucket tested 200 ppm. General sanitation is good.
