Follow-up inspection conducted: - All areas mentioned on the routine inspection have been cleaned and are now in a sanitary condition. - Glasswasher has been repaired. Minimum level of chlorine (50ppm) has been achieved after final rinse. - 200ppm chlorine sanitizer available in buckets to hold wiping rags. - Scoops stored in ice water. Ensure to keep the facility at this safe and sanitary condition at all times. Correction Order issued on April 17th has been rescinded.
