Observation: Meat trays not properly washed and sanitized. Staff only washing with soap - sanitizing step was skipped.
Correction: Discussed proper method of manually dishwashing using 2 compartment sink. Poster provided. Follow instructions on poster.
Obtain sink plug for washing compartment of sink.

Follow-up inspection
-Sink plug obtained for the sink compartment used for sanitizing. Obtain another sink plug for the compartment used for washing & rinsing. Currently using running water and soap to wash dishes.
-Sanitation plan still pending - please create one and provide to your health inspector immediately. Template has been provided.

Note:
-Do not use ice from ice machine for food preparation or consumption. Can only be used as a method for storing foods cold.
-Drain cover required in the back area near sinks and freezer.
