Follow-up inspection to report #00243033 conducted on 11-Jun-2018 -Dishwasher has been repaired. 50ppm residual chlorine was measured -Holes on walls/floors have been fixed -Raw wood has been painted over -Ice machine has been cleaned -Carpets have been removed and towels on shelves have been removed -Wooden paper towel holder removed. Work in Progress: -Light fixture in dishwashing area require covers (on the way) -Equipment is stored nearby electrical area (will be removed) -Wooden knife holder will be replaced with knife strip.
