Observation: Multiple drain/fruit flies observed on site in dishwashing area and beneath stairwell. UV fly trap observed in place.
Corrective Action(s): Contact pest control company to assess where the drain/fruit flies are breeding/harbouring and to apply treatment as necessary. Place yellow sticky fly traps in non-food preparation areas and away from equipment to rid current fruit fly population. Keep all food covered to prevent potential contamination. Submit fruit fly pest report to the health inspector for review.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -20'C
- Bar coolers at or below 4'C
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- All handwashing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 75'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- Iodine glasswasher available at bar measured at 25 ppm iodine concentration with test strip
- 2-compartment sinks (X2) available with drain plugs
- Bleach available on site
- All equipment observed stored in a sanitary manner
- Food storage practices are good
- All food stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Ice machines (X2) at bar and in kitchen observed in sanitary manner
- Permit available on site
