-All hand washing stations are equipped with hot & cold running water & liquid soap & paper towels
-3 compartment sink is available for use. Quats sanitizer registered at 200 ppm from dispenser
-Food contact surface sanitizer - 200 ppm Quats registered in spray bottle
-Walk in cooler at 2C
-Walk-in in freezer at -19C
-Upright cheesecake cooler at 3C
-Pop cooler at 4C
-Preparation cooler with toppings at 1C
-Front small cooler not in use
-Cooler near cash registered at 2C
-All frozen yogurt machines registered at 4C below & scoop stored outside
-Permit is posted
-No signs of pest observed
