Follow-up inspection to report PKUR-CF9RUL. Quats dispenser at 3 compartment sink has not been repaired yet however, sanitizing compartment of the sink was filled with Quats at 200 ppm from dispenser located by mop sink - good. Continue manually filling sink with sanitizer from the mop sink dispenser until 3 compartment sink dispenser is repaired. Reminder: dishes must be fully submerged in sanitizer solution. Sink in service area equipped with liquid soap and paper towels on a roll. Note, paper towels should be in a dispenser (can either mount on the wall or use a table top dispenser).
