Observation:
The back room of Cash Bar #4 (upstairs), has old mice droppings along the base of walls, behind equipment, and under shelving racks. Droppings carry diseases.
Corrective Action(s):
Remove the mice droppings and sanitize all surfaces that came into contact with the droppings. Monitor this room for any new activity of pests and notify your pest company if staff notice new droppings or gnawing of surfaces.

Comments

A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; thermometers present; and temps recorded 2X daily.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle had strength of 200ppm.
- Glasswashers were not in operation at time of inspection. Iodine test kit present. Glasswashers will be serviced by professional company prior to starting operation. Some of the glasswashers were missing soap and iodine chemicals.
- General sanitation level is good.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on racks, shelves, or platforms.

**Ensure full bottles of Iodine sanitizer and glasswasher soap are connected to each glasswasher in operation.**
