Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Only one set of tongs were available, premises is open for about 8 hours, no supplies to wash and sanitize tongs as needed
Corrective Action(s): Ensure there are multiple tongs on site as equipment must be washed and sanitized every 4 hours if in continual use. Use tongs for up to 4 hours then switch to a clean sanitized pair, or switch if become contaminated (i.e.drop on the floor).
