- Routine inspection for meat processing area and front retail area, which is separate from the pizza kitchen.
**Please provide health inspector with an up-to-date list of meat products made onsite for retail sale.
- Hand sink properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Walk-in cooler and meat display cooler in front retail area measured at 4C or colder.
- Walk-in freezer and upright freezer in front retail area measured at -18C or colder.
- All meat processing equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
- 2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
- Operator prepared bleach solution at time of inspection (see violation code 302 above). 100 ppm chlorine residual detected.

- Operator is looking into replacing walk-in freezer walls/panels/door (using the same compressor).
