Observation: Few drain/fruit flies observed on site during inspection. Fly traps are observed in place in non-food preparation areas. Professional pest control company is contracted.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Under-counter coolers at or below 4'C (with exception of two cooler which are being repaired during time of inspection. No potentially hazardous food observed stored in these coolers during inspection)
- Beverage display coolers (X3) measured at 3'C or lower (used to store non-potentially hazardous beverages)
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing station is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer in pail measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- First-in-first-out method in use
- Single-use disposable popcorn bags, cups, and straws observed stored in a sanitary manner
- Soft drink dispenser nozzles observed in sanitary condition.
- Pest control company contracted to complete monthly inspections
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
- Public washrooms observed in good sanitary condition
