Routine inspection conducted: - Walk in cooler at 1 degree C - Walk in freezer at -22 degrees C - Store floor coolers at 4 degrees C or less - Store floor freezers at -18 degrees C or less - Thermometers available for cold holding units - Temperatures are measured and recorded twice daily for cooler and freezer units. Temperature logs are up-to-date. - First-in-first-out stock rotation procedures appear to be in use - A random selection of canned foods was audited--one can which was observed to be dented was removed from the store floor by management at the time of inspection - A random selection of infant formula and nutritional supplements was audited--items were observed to be within printed expiry dates - General sanitation excellent - No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
