Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ADIG-CD6SNG of Apr-04-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Front main hand wash station is out of order, not draining. Manager said plumber has been called for service tomorrow. Correction: Please correct as soon as possible to allow for hand washing as frequently as possible. Supply area with soap and paper towels in dispenser. Train employees to use other hand wash stations in the mean time. Those handling cash register only and no food prep can be instructed to use hand sanitizer and hand wash when hands are soiled. Date to be corrected by: this week.

Main hand wash station has been fixed and is adequately supplied with soap and paper towel in dispensers. Second front end hand wash station was blocked (contractors were working and cutting at this station) at the time of inspection. Please ensure both are available for hand washing at all times. Direct workers or maintenance to set up equipment not at hand wash stations to allow staff access to hand washing at all times. Coolers for sandwich prep were not working at time of inspection and were being repaired, thank you. Ants have been cleaned up, no more appear at small crack of tile under garbage area beside dishwashing area. Please patch up tile, repair or replace tile and use a sealant in this area so it remains easily cleanable and leave no cracks or spaces for ants to crawl in or gather. Mouse trap was not against the wall at the time of inspection, please ensure hole for cages are against the wall to remain effective. Violations have been resolved.
