Note: Discuss the complaint which received on 09.23.2016 "unsafe food safe practices" with Linda Adams, manager;

Recommendation:

- Copy of Food Safe Certificates for staff have to be available on site; as well as Food Safety and Sanitation Plans;
- Please, do not over staff cold units (cold air has to go around - under, behind, and over storage shelves. );
- Please, label precooked food (and it has to be clear - what it's indicate).
- Make sure, that potentially hazardous food is stored safely all the time (in a cooler or/and freezer).
