Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Cooler operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C.
NOTE: One of the walk-in coolers no longer in use. Used as storage for now.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-Ice machine used only during summer months. Ensure to have it washed/sanitized before refilling.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a container.
-Dishwashing sink equipped properly.
-Not much meats stored on site at this time.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.

NOTE: Facility no longer handles dog meats.
