Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the mechanical dishwasher so that final rinse temperature reaches 71C at the dish surface.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Number of flies observed in the dounut display stand. Operator proceeded to thoroughly clean the display stand and food were vulentary discarded at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to check inside the display case regularly and ensure the food is protected from flies.

Observation: Dishwasher gauge is up too high and numbers cannot be seen or monitored by staff efficiently on regular basis.
Corrective Action(s): Install digital gauge where staff can read and monitor readings to ensure proper wash and sanitation temperatures are reached.

Follow-up inspection

Code 306 (refer to report #ADIG-CFST3D has been corrected.
- Manual dishwashing were discussed.
- There was a brief power outage at the time of inspection. Standard procedure after a power outage were discussed with the operator. Operator stated hot food get thrown out immediately for quality concerns. Procedure regarding cooling units were discussed.
- Floors are clean and extra cardboard boxes have been removed. Thank you
- Food contact surface's Sanitizer available in clean sanitation buckets. Good!

Reminder: Ensure to keep the delivery door closed. This prevent possible pest entering the premises.
