2) Single-door glass front display cooler is not maintaining temperature at/below 4 degrees Celsius (lowest temp inside unit: 8 Celsius)
Corrective Action(s): Operator contacted repair technician at time of inspection to assess the units and make any necessary repairs. Instructed operator to monitor temperatures closely. If temperature does not drop below 4 degrees Celsius within the next hour, transfer all potentially-hazardous foods to alternate coolers until the units can be repaired.
