Observation: Facility was still found to have droppings in the back storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Facility needs to be free of pests. Contact professional pest control services to eliminate the pest infestation. Clean and sanitize all areas with rodent droppings using a 1:10 bleach solution.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to November 5, 2018.
-Bleach sanitizer available in the back meat cutting area. Ensure bottle is labelled to identify contents. Once labels fades/wear offs, container will need to be relabelled.
-Foods were properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Screen door has been installed in the facility - door sweep still needs to be installed to prevent further pest entry.
-2-compartment sink has been serviced. Sink is no longer leaking water and sink tap has also been repaired.
