-Follow-up inspection to November 5, 2018. -Bleach sanitizer available in the back meat cutting area. Ensure bottle is labelled to identify contents. Once labels fades/wear offs, container will need to be relabelled. -Foods were properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. -Screen door has been installed in the facility - door sweep still needs to be installed to prevent further pest entry. -2-compartment sink has been serviced. Sink is no longer leaking water and sink tap has also been repaired. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concern.
