- All hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution was available at 200 ppm in bucket for storing wiping cloths
- Meat cutting equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- Display coolers and walk-in cooler were below 4C
- Display freezers and walk-in freezer were below -18C
- Chest freezer previously storing unapproved "Original Kulfi" was empty. Good.
- Bulk bins were maintained in sanitary conditions
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- General sanitation good
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
