- All handsinks at the back and front area are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - prep cooler at back and front, upright storage coolers and drinks cooler and display coolers on the store side are less than 4C
- All freezers are functional and measured in the temperature range -14 to -20C
- All equipment is maintained in clean and sanitary conditions
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Three compartment sink is available for dishwashing
- Sanitizer solution is available and is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual
