- Cleaning and sanitizing in all other areas has been done.
**As previously discussed, ensure deep cleaning in all areas occurs at least once a week and all cooler/freezer doors and handles are cleaned and sanitized daily.

- Hand washing station at cook line was properly supplied at time of inspection.
- Food stored properly covered. Dry storage area was organized.
