Observation: (1) Cakes in front stand-up cooler are uncovered and open to customer access.
Corrective Action: Staff stated they could place a lock on the cooler so customers can not access the cooler.
Food items must be protected from contact by customers to prevent contamination.
A working lock must be used for this cooler or the cakes need to be boxed.

Observation: Freezer had excess moisture and water pooling by door. Tile is cracked and damaged were pooling is occuring.
Corrective Action: Replace tiles by cooler entrance to prevent a tripping hazard, and to prevent mold groth.
Ensure cooler is being regularly defrosted to prevent ice build-up.

Icecream freezers + walkin freezer all measured at -18C or below.
Ice cream dipper wells in use and working
Ice scoop stored seperatly and sanitary
Chlorine sanitizer in labelled bucket measured at 100 ppm
Sanitation of facility is good and all items stored of the ground.
No signs of pests at time of inspection
Permit posted and foodsafety training is valid.

*Note: Foodsafe training that is greater than 5 years old will be expiring July 29, 2018 and will need to be renewed.
