Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dim Sum Walk-in cooler was being repaired at time of inspection by a serviceman -air temperatures were ranging between 4 and 10 deg C

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Pooled raw egg again observed - the pooled egg was stored on ice on the kitchen line.

-Open large trays of beef stomach directly stored under the utility sinks -this despite signs posted in english/chinese not to store foods under the sinks

NOTE: both above citations are REPEAT infractions from the past two routine inspections conducted on April 16, 2019 and July 24, 2019
