Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No water flow to the handwashing sink by the cookline.
Operator turned off the water due to leaking.
Other handwashing station fully equipped.
Corrective Action(s): All the handwashing stations must be fully equipped and working when food handling/service is happening.
Please have a plumber come fix the leak. Turning off the water when facility is closed is okay. When facility is open water must be available for that sink.

Observation: 1. Ice machine observed to have mold/middew growth.
2. Samosas observed not covered in cooler/freezer. (Corrected during inspection.)
3. Mop head observed hanging in the two compartment sink by the dishpit area. (Corrected during inspection). Operator stated they empty dirty mop water outside.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please empty out the ice, clean, and sanitize the ice machine. To be corrected by: Nov 1, 2023
2. Food that is not in active use must be covered when stored.
3. Please store mop separate from where dishes are being washed. Please dump dirty mop water down the toilet.

- Dry storage is overall very good. Please store chemicals and non-food related items separate from food.
- Temperature log is maintained for two coolers. Please log temperatures for all coolers holding potentially hazardous foods.
