Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Empty unlabelled sanitizer bottle noted by production handwashing station. Bleach jug visible next to station.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure 100 ppm chlorine solution is prepared and used to sanitize surfaces and equipment after use. Sanitizer should be stored in a labelled container and available when needed. Refill container and label bottle.

402 - Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Male food handler noted coming back into facility from outside bay doors and resumed cleaning and putting away food without handwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all staff wash hands regularly especially when leaving the facility and returning, using the washroom or going from dirty to clean work. Hand washing protects the food, contaminating equipment and surfaces and other staff.

2. Large uncovered container of rice soaking in middle of production area.
3. Overhead lights with out covers in production area and packaging area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is stored covered and off the ground protected from contamination. Cover all food at the end of production.

All light bulbs must have protective sleeves/covers over then to protect food from possible glass contamination. Install sleeves over bulbs.
