Front display cooler: 6.5 C; Sliding door cooler: 5.5 degrees C, milk under-counter fridge: 8 degrees C. Corrective Action(s): Service or replace the refrigeration units if needed so that they are able to maintain perishable foods at 4 C or below at all times. Temperature must be checked twice a day and corrective actions must be taken if temperatures are not in the required ranges. Violation Score: 3

Comments

No food items were stocked in the coolers at the time of inspection. Hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks. Ensure to double check all the coolers prior to stocking food items. Sanitizer solution in the spray bottle tested 200 ppm. General sanitation is satisfactory.
