General Comments: -Temperatures: seafood display cooler -13C dairy cooler 3C to 4C meat display cooler 2C to 4C produce display cooler at 4C walk- in cooler in receiving area at 4C -general sanitation satisfactory -receiving area hand washing station fully stocked with liquid soap and paper towels, food repackaging area. *Discussed that knives must be washed and sanitized every 4 hours with 100ppm bleach solution. *Operator must provide a bottle of 100ppm bleach for this station for cleaning the food contact surfaces.
