Food service remains simple. Freezer and coolers checked and not over stocked with foods. Recommend whenever possible and practical choose pre-cooked frozen chicken options to reduce risk against Salmonella/Campylobacter presence in facility. **Generally food handling activities are good. Cooling unit (with thermometer) less than 4 C. Freezer below -18 C. Handwash station is OK Bleach solution in spray bottles in the food prep and washroom at 100 to 200 ppm range. OK. Cupboards locked from kids in kitchen area. No food storage below sinks. No issues noted.
