Handsink in kitchen and in washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel - Domestic cooler temperature is less than 4C - Freezer unit is functional - Domestic dishwasher is available - Sanitizer solution in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual - No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection - All food storage and equipment storage is satisfactory - General sanitation is satisfactory NOTE: During summer the hall is used to run summer programs for children.
