Observation: Observed operator use an ice cream scoop to scoop icecream, rinse the scoop and then place into a dry container
Correction: Ice cream scoops must either be kept in a dipper well with continuous running water OR washed and sanitized after each use.

Ice cream scoops taken back to kitchen to wash and sanitize at time of inspection.

At time of inspection - operator on-site with valid foodsafe level 1 certificate and another trained staff member.
New cooler purchased and maintaining less than 4C - thank you
New hot holding unit purchased to place patties into - thank you
Cleaning has improved around deep fryer

Provided information regarding upcoming Foodsafe level 1 courses in English & Punjabi. Other staff member is to be registered in foodsafe level 1.

Please note - a violation ticket will be issued if you fail to comply with the Correction Order issued on July 24, 2019.
- There must be one person on-site at ALL times with a valid foodsafe level 1 certificate or its equivalent
- You must ensure foods are fully cooked and placed into the hot holding unit (i.e. hamburgers, fried food items, etc.) otherwise, they are to be cooked to order.
