Hand sinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Signs are posted at kitchen hand sinks reminding staff to keep sinks clear of obstructions.
Meat slicer in clean condition. A sign is posted near the meat slicer with disassembly, cleaning, and sanitizing instructions for meat slicer.
Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at approximately 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
Chemicals observed to be labeled.
No beef observed to be thawing at time of inspection. Reminder to follow proper thawing practices (i.e. do not thaw at room temperature).
Ventilation canopy in clean condition. Back wall and floor of cook line appear to have been cleaned since last inspection.
