Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-ATDUWV: - A splash guard has been installed to separate the handwashing station and the food items stored in insert container on top of the prep cooler. - Food items are stored covered with either plastic wraps or proper lids inside the walk in cooler and dry food storage area. - Light covers installed above the prep area of the kitchen. - The wooden cart for dirty pizza pans is now lined with cardboard to prevent build up of grease and food debris. The cardboard is to be replaced every night. The operator stated that he will be exploring other options (ie. stainless steel cart).
