Walk in coolers at 4 C. Display and walk in freezers at -18 C. Note: Display cooler is turned off at the time of inspection (no potentially hazardous food in the cooler). Note: Vegetables and other produce sold as whole. No processing on site. Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing of utensils (i.e. tongs, scoops). Chlorine sanitizer available at 100 ppm. Surface sanitizer available at 100 ppm Chlorine solution. Random food items (i.e. dairy products, eggs) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good conditions. Staff washrooms supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Note: The owner claimed that the pest control company provides service once a month (an invoice must be available for the follow up inspection).
