Staff were notified and began cleaning this area. This area must be cleaned more frequently to prevent build-up of dust and debris. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 5 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEAT VIOLATION: No chlorine sanitizer mixed up for wiping cloths. Wiping cloths lying on counters. Notified staff and mixed up some chlorine sanitizer - change every 2 hours. See previous inspection report for proper mixing ratio.
