- Freezer was -15 C
- Hot holding was 60 C or hotter
- Temperature records are up to date
- Sanitizer was 200 ppm quat
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 71 C at plate and 184 F at gauge. Ensure gauge reads 184 F to ensure 71 C is being met at plate
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection, pest control is on contract
- General sanitation is satisfactory, a little cleaning in walk in freezer is needed
- Ice scoop was kept out of ice machine
