- Ensure liquid soap available at hand washing stations during operation.
- Walk-in cooler = 2.9 degrees Celsius.
- No food items stored onsite at the time of inspection.
- High temperature dishwasher turned off at the time of inspection. Ensure, when turned on, final rinse cycle reaches at least 82 degrees Celsius for 10 seconds for adequate sanitation.
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
- Overall cleanliness and maintenance of facility very good at the time of inspection.
- Premises well lit.
