Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BGZVDG. It was stated that high temperature dishwasher was repaired yesterday. High temperature dishwasher achieved 73 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (required: 71 degrees C or more at the utensil surface). Adequate supply of hot and cold running water available at faucets within kitchen at time of inspection. Closure order rescinded. Contact the Environmental Health Officer should you have any questions or concerns.
