Food Store only. Re-packaging of lower risk bulk foods. No eggs or higher risk foods today. Fridge temperature is <4 C. Premises clean and well organized. Hand washing sink in staff washroom and in the re-packaging area both have liquid soap and paper towels. Food grade sanitizer is used to sanitize the bulk food bins. Follow manufacturer's directions for dilution.
