Follow-up to routine health inspection report # MBEK-CKCUUC. - Bleach water sanitizer available in buckets at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Wiping cloths to be stored in bleach water sanitizer when not in use. - Areas noted on previous inspection report have been cleaned and sanitized; however, ventilation canopy filters were observed to have an accumulation of grease. Ensure filters are properly cleaned. - Food not observed to be stored in open cans.
