-All coolers are below 4 degC -Freezers are below -18 degC -Separate slicers used for meat and cheese. Slicers are sanitized every 2-4 hours -Hand sinks in the front are fully equipped -200ppm bleach solution is available in a spray bottle on-site -Temperature logs are being maintained. RE-RECORD TEMPERATURES ONCE YOU'VE CHECKED AGAIN TO MAKE SURE FRIDGE TEMPERATURES HAVE COME DOWN FROM AN INITIAL HIGHER RECORDING. -Proper dishwashing procedures are being followed .
