Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-C4EQ75 -Front display cooler repaired: 4 C (at top where food is stored) -Back prep cooler repaired: 3 C -Improved cleaning noted under cooking equipment -Front dipping floor tiles covered by small table to prevent area being walked on. *Temporary fix for floor issue until floor repair can take place *Large windows and back doors are still open without screens - reviewed concern with owner about pest entry points. Owner will review options and will try to keep openings closed as much as possible.
