No delivery was being done at the time. Corrective Action(s): Staff closed the door. Ensure back entrance door is closed to prevent potential pest entry during non-delivery time. Violation Score: 3 315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Thermometer inside the under the counter cooler at demo area was not accurately measuring the temperature.
