Spray bottles have been labelled. Extra drain plugs obtained and in use.
Extra drying shelves added to dishpit, as well as shelving units for dry storage in the halllway.
All food were stored off the ground.
Overall cleaning has been done and maintained.
Refrigeration units are labelled and records maintained.
Sushi bar handwashing sink recaulked.
Staff only belongings are stored in staff room.
Cracked kitchen flooring has been replaced, tiles are smooth, durable and easily cleanable.
Chlorine test strips have been ordered but yet to arrive.
*Please ensure to inform all staffs that 100ppm is the requirement for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
Revised FSP and SP submitted, discussed minor changes onsite.

->Discussed not to store anything inside handwashing station and to relocate food products away from janitorial sink/staff room.
->Recommend switching the paper towel/toilet paper supply in the hallway with dry foods in the staff room.
