Observation: 1. Open air vegetable coolers has accumulated dirt, filth under the racks
2.Upstairs storage areas has accumulation of empty boxes in the middle of the floor
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and disinfect under the racks at least bi-weekly instead of monthly
2. Remove the empty boxes -possible pest harbourage areas

NOTE: new bulk dry storage containers have been purchased -hinge style self closing covers -good -containers are removed and washed before new product is placed

Chemical Controls:
-Reviewed Manual Dishwash procedure -follow the sign as posted at 3-compartment sink

-no signs of pests
