- Hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in bucket for storing wiping cloths
- Two compartment sink and additional single compartment sanitizing sink were set up for manual warewashing. 100 ppm chlorine detected in sanitizing sink
- Walk-in cooler was at 3C; Walk-in freezer was at -15C
- Hot holding unit was not in use at time of inspection
- Food storage practices satisfactory; large dry ingredient bins were maintained in sanitary conditions and scoops were stored in designated areas
- Glass door cooler has been added to facility - used as additional dry storage cabinet - OK
- Pest control is in place, most recent report was available on-site for review - no signs of pests noted
- Temperature records well maintained
- General sanitation is good
