Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-D36PPL Manager was unaware about the routine inspection that was previously conducted. He has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate (expires Aug 19, 2027). Manager was unsure if the two staff who were present during last month's routine inspection has completed FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Operator/ Manager must complete the following within the next two business days: Email the district Health Inspector a copy of the FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent certificate of one of the two staff who were present during the March 8th, 2024 routine inspection or Email the district Health Inspector a copy of this facility's work schedule and a copy of the FOODSAFE certificates for everyone at this facility (besides the Manager as this was verified today) to provide evidence that in the absence of the operator, someone on shift has completed FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Failure to complete the above will result in increased enforcement action as this was requested 1 month ago. Manager was provided with the district Health Inspector's email.
