-Reviewed Manual Dishwash Method: wash-rinse-sanitize with bleach >100ppm as per test strips then air dry with the dish racks -sign posted for reference good
-Paper towels used for food contact surface cleaning with spray sanitizer -tested at >100ppm chlorine residual

General Sanitation good
In-Use Utensils: Meat slicer is cleaned and sanitized every hour -there should be no bits of meat/cheese left on the slicer after cleaning
-better organization of foods off the floor >15cm on shelves
-no signs of pests

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access
