*Follow-up to inspection conducted on September 27, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B4ZQ47) - All display coolers maintaining 4C or less - Bulk food scoops are stored outside of the bulk bins in a dedicated bucket - Cleaning has been performed, but some rodent droppings still remain in noted areas. Continue to monitor for pest activity and clean up droppings. - Pest control has provided services. Bait has been replaced on traps. - Currently in the process of removing unused equipment from the premises to reduce clutter
